We normally do not offer Cancellation, refunds or exchange after the product has been received by the customer 

If the customer does receive a damaged or used product we would wish to see an unboxing video and the photo of the damaged product, stating that the issue has been from our side, then we would either give you the refund or send you new products. You can send us an email at support@etherealshop.in

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Cancellation 

We do offer cancellation only if the product has not been shipped from our end. 

If the order has not been shipped you can send us an email on Ethereal.company.in@gmail.com and let us know your order number and reason of cancellation 

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Ethereal.company.in@gmail.com 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once we have looked into the product and the process, we will send you an email to notify the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
 It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should Email the name of your product and a picture of your product you want to return and it's receipt to: Ethereal.company.in@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
